hello all,
still trying to eat from freezer and stores but did pop into lidl for their super weekend ham on sunday .... which of course turned into a few other bits of veg and fruit added to my basket, so a total of £5.79 being spent.
was at the hospital this morning for my 6 monthly blood tests to check how my vit D problem is going, they had a bit of a job getting me to part with any blood prompting me to ask if i was dead
once home i consoled myself by making some slowcooker chocofudge (hope it sets), i've had the ingredients since before crimble and kept side tracking myself from making it.
my actual weeks shopping i think i will be doing tomorrow or weds. i don't think my list will be very long, so far it's just got bin bags and tissues on it. i need to look in the freezer to see what UFOs i will be using up over the next week, i think there's a lot of tomato pasta sauce in there from the end of summer that i made from home-grown tomatoes that had gone a bit passed their best.0 -

Well I’ve spent £35.10 today in Aldee but won’t be supermarket shopping for another 10 days. Will probably have to get some fruit and milk at the weekend but that’s all. The freezer is jammed packed, but it is a small one. I’ve got loads of food for main meals so I’m hoping just to get a bit of fresh stuff between now and payday; fingers crossed anyway :TSPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86[/COLOUR]:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)0

Hi all, since I last updated I've had a couple of spends
£4 at the local co-*p for a meal when I was babysitting on saturday evening.
Today I've been to a couple of shops I wouldn't usually and picked up some reduced christmas bits as well as some other offers.
Asd* - £9.80 - bulbs for the bedside lamps £5!!!!, then christmas pud, panetone, 2 different flavoured maltloaves, garlic bread and 3 mini l!ndt bears for the kids.
Farmfoods - £3 on 3 buckets of maltes*r buttons 400g each
Co-*p, went for the £5 freezer deal and a loaf of bread, came out with all sorts for the freezer including caramel roulade, asian style veggie snacks, caramel profiteroles, melt in the middle chocolate puds, tempura prawns, mozzarella sticks, veggie spring rolls, indian style snacks. I also brought 2 packs of mini gingerbread men, some sour cream crisps and some honey carrot and parsnip crisps. Spent £15.83
I've got no room in the freezer now, so need to eat some things up before I purchase more. I also need to do an inventory of one of the freezers as it's got lots of unidentifiable items in it.
I've got quite a bit of frozen berries in the freezer, which I need to use (mostly raspberries but also some mixed berries). does anyone have any recipes to include them in?

A £16.68 spend for me at Mr T’s yesterday. I was in the area of one and knew I at least needed nappies. Bought a few crisps for the party and some yoghurts for the little ones. I hate how nappies inflate an otherwise sensible shop.£66.77/£240 Grocery Challenge0
