Ohhh Im in!!! Im also trying to pay off £6300 of overdrafts but id like to try to do this too!
My 1% is £1850 - Im going to actively stop going to costa/starbucks and put the difference in a pot.  Or if i happen to, just get a small and pot the difference as i usually get a medium.  This will probably equate to a fair amount as ive been well and truly off the wagon for a few months and need to reign in the frivolous spending.

I’m not sure what happened to the other 1% 2020 thread, seems to have vanished. I’ve made huge strides on my debt this month, I honestly can’t quite believe what having focus and a goal can do...

£2413.80 paid off my loan this month. A combination of wages, side hustling, selling everything, surveys, and extreme budgeting.

£4095 debt left. 1% is £142. I’ve given myself until July to pay it off but hopefully I’ll do it by May. I’ve withdrawn from a saving account and that’ll pay some more down next month, around £1220, so that’ll take me to £2875 (79%) I won’t officially add that until it hits.

    71% paid
    £20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**
  • I'm in the process of buying out my housemate. taking on a larger mortgage by myself than we originally had when we bought the property!
My target will be £1,815 overpayment by the end of 2020.
