£422,250 as it stands, with another 20% (£120k by today's prices) to add at some point when we're feeling rich...
Fortunately we're in our early 30s so plenty of time to pay it off... It's a fair size house - intended as our forever home - but Bucks prices mean it's certainly no mansion!!0 -
Great to have this back! My 1% is £1200, so £100 a month is a realistic goal.:santa2:1

I am itching to start, I have some of my topcashback and ebay earnings to get the ball rolling tomorrow.
I have a habit of rounding down my mortgage to the closest £100. I also have a 0% sofa loan finishing, meaning I could also dump an additional £91 at the mortgage each month but as the family want a holiday this year I'll simply divert those funds else where.
I achieved my 1% last year without noticing it, purely by sticking to my rounding down plan. Hopefully I can break 1.5% this year, we'll see.£56/2791 -
I've just made my first OP of the year, that's £150 gone

I'd love to join in, as I really need to focus on those OPs. Goal is £1,614  which is £134.50 a month. My DD is set up for an OP of £87/month, so that's just under £50 to find. Daunting but doable.1

Just made my first overpayment of the year £34.52 to give me a mortgage balance ending in a 01

Joining for a second year, think my debt will be around £175,000, so going to declare £1750, though may adjust when I get my mortgage statement.1
