Therefore as their ANPR cameras demonstrate that the vehicle entered and left after 2hr15mins they cannot "win" if the KEEPER takes the appeal to POPLA

There have been a number of cases where a POPLA assessor has decided that the particular car park did not need the (mandatory) BPA minimum 10 minutes grace period to exit the car park and, unilaterally, determined that a shorter length of time was still too long, and found for the PPC.

Clearly not right, but it seems any challenge to clearly erroneous decisions will be rejected, with the POPLA claims handler blindly and stubbornly supporting the assessor's decision.
