I don't imagine having someone else putting the willies up you on a regular basis for 40 years being very good for marital harmony at all...:rotfl:
Oh I don't know....Surely better than just at New Year, after the anniversary night out and when the team wins away? ;)

My OH and I have lived with a resident ghost for more than 40 years.

Although we have never seen it, when the wrong bin gets put out, a room left untidy etc, the ghost always gets the blame.

The ghost has a name of course. We call it 'Someone'.

It makes for great marital harmony.

My grandparents had similar- they always blamed “Barkie Bee”!

I have seen a black car, heading towards us on a single track road. We pulled in and waited for it to pass us. And waited. And waited. Cars behind overtook and we laughed, thinking that they would have to reverse down again. And waited. Nothing came down - not even the cars behind us. We eventually drove on and had no problems. I seem to remember reading later that there had been a family killed in the area years before, and they were in a black car....
