It's the same with Royal Doulton ladies or Wedgwood Jasper ware.

I think I've mentioned before I'm from 'The Potteries', our charity shops are full of Doulton, beautiful tea sets for a fiver etc It's sad really. I have a box full of my late Mums figures in the loft. They have no value other than sentiment. Such a shame.

Thank you for everyone who has taken the trouble to respond - food for thought.

Putting them back in the loft is not an option as we are looking at a major de-clutter pending possible downsizing. May look at a collection only and also investigate gumtree.

Or give them to a charity shop. Let them make a little money and you avoid all of the time and hassle of packaging and posting to get a few pounds.
