Does the court have your phone number and know you are available & how to contact you?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Well done. Please show us the strike out order when it arrives. Chase the court if it doesn't arrive soon.
Can you check on MCOL to confirm its status, and then take a screengrab?

You should still be able to contact the court/judge and ask for costs, but you might not get anything because that is designed to cover the expense of attending a physical hearing.

When you get the reasons for the strike out, please make a complaint to the IPC that the claim was vexatious and should never have been brought.
We are trying to get as many posters to submit complaints to the IPC as possible.

Do please complain to your MP as well about this unregulated scam.

Sounds like the Claimant didn't bother to attend the phone hearing or supply enough evidence so they lost.  An easy hearing for you but a bit odd how it was conducted.

Maybe the court got your phone number fron yuor DQ you completed ages ago.  Sounds a bit shambolic but you won!
