Just recieved mail today from court about a telephone hearing for this case. Not to confidant about the phone hearing because i think it will give an advantage to the claimant and to be honest was hopping that the claimant rep won't turn up to court if it was a physical hearing .
What you guys think and whats the best way to object to a phone hearing.
Your advice is much appreciated.
Its usually relaly expllcit as to who has to set up the call and do what
But just in case, show us.

Something's gone a bit weird with the images you've posted. But anyway ... point 2 makes it clear that the Claimant is ordered to arrange the hearing. Therefore follow C-m's advice in her previous post.6

Read, carefully, the BOLD test under PLEASE NOTE
Theyre the claimant, they must arrange it.3 -

Do what I suggested in my last reply. It's very possible Gladstones will fail to arrange a telephone hearing but you need to ensure the Judge and Gladstones have your phone number, maybe two days before is better. That way, if Gs do nothing then the court staff can phone you and you can 'have the floor' with just you and the Judge on the call.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Probebly a silly question.
Is a mobile phone ok for the phone hearing or we most provide a landline one? Thank you0 -

If the hearing fails be sure to ask for costs. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
