    I wonder why the Audi V5 was only issued a month ago. He obviously hasn't done something correctly or maybe not at all. Anything done on line gets a printable confirmation and e-mail confirmation is available. I bought a car Monday 16th and the V5, although I haven't received it yet, is showing as issued 18th. I received my tax refund and the "you are no longer the keeper" notification for the car I traded on the same day this morning so stuff is getting processed pretty quickly.
