Oh, that is just ridiculous! I'd have done the same, but how I'd have enjoyed honing ny acerbic letter to Customer Services afterwards - the words sizzling onto the page from my pen. ..

Thank you all for your comments which have reassured me that the m n s incident wasn't acceptable. I was mulling it over and my in built Catholic guilt was making me think I should have complied with the instruction or somehow I must have been in the wrong, but thanks to reading your comments and thanks to PIP making it ultra easy by sending me the link I have sent a complaint email. Will let you know how they respond.
the end of week 1 budget reconciliation has been done - it always looks nice and healthy one week into the budget period. Our fakeaway this week is inspired by a meal in a Mexican restaurant in Poole which we had about 5 years ago. Mr BC made a delicious pot of Chili Chicken Chowder with tortilla chips which was delicious and as the original meal was so long ago whether our version is authentic can't be judged but it was definitely yummy, enough left for a light lunch tomorrow.5 -
That is ridiculous of the shop.
Love your house and the PIP comment.

Good to see you SH - I found it much more difficult to consistently exercise when I was working and the winter months are a deterrent too.Another week begins. Started with dancercise which included a spirited dance-a-long by a hall full of mature ladies doing the YMCA. Can't help but smile during that. Then MrBC and I had our Monday morning team brief 😀 with a cuppa at the leisure centre. In theory we now both know what we are doing for the next 7 days, what we are eating and where we are going.
we had such a nice afternoon drinking tea and reading through the stack of newspaper articles we've accumulated. Plenty of newspaper now ready to go into tomorrow's recycling.
we did spend some money booking ferry tickets for IoW this summer. The price of them makes me think I've inadvertently bought a super yacht!4 -
Bagsy best guest cabin on your super yacht1

How can they justify a high price for such a short crossing?Sounds like a fun start to the week at the dancercise class 🙂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1
