Hi
I need some advice. United utilities have been charging me for someone else's water due to there engineer marking the meters they installed in the flats I live in to the wrong people.
I've been charged 112 units over (112,000 litres of water + the equivalent of wastewater). This resulted in me receiving a huge Bill's that I could not afford resulting in being taken to court and receiving a ccj. What can I claim back?. TYIA
