It's better than a CCJ, but not as good as showing you don't rely on loans to get by.
It all depends on the risk profile you're looking to present to lenders.0 -
As for the NOC, . Ive made about 8 or 9 disputes in the past three months with all three CRA.0

Yes but because im trying to build my history up i thought this would be a good benefit for me. Shows lenders i have managed money well before. But as its transunion i will leave it as most lenders dont check them anyway0 -
8 or 9 disputes in 3 months? Do you consider that normal? I have never in my entire life raised even 1 single dispute with a CRA. Whatever have you found wrong with your credit files to require so many disputes to be raised over such a short period of time
No defo not normal but ive been trying to clean my file up so had a lot of disputes. I.e two defaults not marked as settled and still showing balance, some missed payments that were not there etc. Alll of them came out ok without a hitch apart from this loan with transunion0 -

As I've said before, stop making a rod for your own back.
Lenders aren't as binary (or stupid) as you think they are and are perfectly capable of spotting erroneous data.
Your corrections are just making work for you.0
