Buyer not paid and wrong contact details

Despite a few e-mails and invoices an item won last weekend has not been paid for, nor has the winning bidder contact me to let me know payment is on the way. Also the telephone number given is wrong (blantantly a made up one). How do I start the non paying bidder process and how do I report the incorrect tel number. The…

Makes sense, probably best to leave it, only went for mutual agreement as I wasn't really sure which option to go for and also wanted to get it sorted quicker and thought it was the best option.
