Hello, please may I join?
I intend to start on Jan 1st. Things may be a little frugal at present as I am unemployed but every little helps!
My target would be £100
Thank you

Hi, I would love to join please? Target of £100 as this is my first time so not sure what to expect!
Could I just ask, when you say (as e.g) if you're in credit £36.36 you can transfer £6.36, do you mean the £36.36 credit is how much is in your bank account at the time? Sorry, not done this before so just want to check I'll be doing it right! Thank you366 Day Penny Challenge 2020 #15 - £671.61/£671.61

I'm a newbie too and, like you, not sure that I've fully understood the 'rules':o. I'm off to have a read of last year's challenge to, hopefully, throw more light on things:rotfl:.
Good luck:beer:0 -
Afternoon Westie.
I would love to join again if that's OK? I joined last year (or the year before!) but kept forgetting to post.
I would love to update at the end of each month.
Happy new year.

What I do is to round my bank account down to the nearest £10 on Friday evening, or Saturday, so the balance is a nice round number for the weekend. That averages £5 a week so that’s £250 in a year. I also move across the tiny bits of interest I get on my savings account at the bank, so my online banking summary has accounts all ending with 0.
If I’ve got any money in the bank at the end of the month I’ll move some of that across too, just to top it up a bit.
Personally I think it’s up to you how you do it. It’s basically a virtual piggy bank!
Hope that helps.Declutter our home in 2024
