Send you rectification notice now, just e-mail the DPO of the PPC. E-mail address normally found on the privacy page of the PPC. Make sure you tell them to ERASE your old address. Submit your SAR now independently of the address notification.0

Shall I send the SAR via recorded delivery or email? Also anybody have a link to a template SAR they could throw my way.
Many thanks all

Never ever use a postal service requiring a signature.
That allows the intended recipient to refuse to sign and hence refuse delivery.
You then have proof of non-delivery. Not quite what you want.
If you are going to use Royal Mail, use standard First Class Post getting a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office counter. The item is deemed delivered two working days later.
There is direction to a template SAR in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.0 -
I will get the SAR typed up and sent this weekend with proof of postage.
I will also email the change of details to the DPO as well.
I will keep you updated with any progress.
Many thanks so far.0 -
"I will also email the change of details to the DPO as well."
Don't forget to use Le_Kirk's word:-
"Make sure you tell them to ERASE your old address."0 -
email the SAR , do not post it
and as mentioned above , you want the old address ERASED , plus the new address added0 -
We have sent the SAR with our updated home address contained within it to the info@ email on the website as there isn’t a contact email for the DPO in their privacy policy on the website. We have also demanded they ERASE any reference to our previous address.
We have also followed that up with a second ratification email demanding our contact details be updated and our old address erased.
Do I need to do anything with regards to Trace who are chasing the money or just sit and wait for them to keep sending letters whilst the parking company deal with these requests?0 -
UKCPM's Data Protection Officer's email address is listed in their Privacy pages as dpo@uk-cpm.com.0

I checked and couldn’t see it. Must have missed it.
Appreciate you sending it to me though. I will resend both emails direct to the DPO now.
Thanks again!0
