I'm almost tempted to put in a complaint that I haven't received any compensation because I didn't complain in the first place.

I confess that a small part of me regrets that I didn't complain at the time. I didn't feel the minor inconvenience I suffered was worthy of a formal complaint.

I've just had an additional £122 hit my account.  I wasn't massively inconvenienced (although it wasn't ideal) and originally received £28 that I was happy with.  This now increases the payment to £150.  I didn't contact them at all, except the initial complaint in 2018 when I received the £28.
  • I've been with TSB for 18 months, never had an issue and never received any money. Haha.

Its always worth complaining. I have a friend who called his bank from abroad, was waiting for over an hour. He complained and got compensation, £1 per minute of waiting on the line... (And he had a phone plan which didn't cost him to call!)
