Good evening everyone! Please put me down for £10 to the usual CC which now makes it £559.15/£1000 paid. Awaiting the bill from an unexpected garage visit before I pay anything else off.

  • Hello, #103 here.
    I hope everyone is well!
Just wanted to give a final update for the year as I lost track with logging on but have been keeping up the payments. But we have just bought a new kitchen and used the 0% payment offer so I will subtract this off payments made.
Total payments made, after kitchen, are £20,700.
Please put me down for next year. I am going to use the same tactic of saving weekly into pots to cover known expenses and build my emergency fund. This stopped me spending on the cards. Keeping my weekly food budget, although I am going to put it up slightly courtesy of my new job. Then the rest of my wage will go into the debt pot to make the minimum payment and extra payments.
My target for next year is 15k.

Thanks to everyone here for keeping me motivated.
We’ve given back a car on finance which freed up so extra money each month. So relived to pay off this loan today!
