Received a letter from zzps

Hi,

i received a letter from zzps stating that i have to pay £170.
This is the first letter regarding the pcn.
3 months ago i had a yellow ticket on my windscreen but no letter came home regarding the pcn given.
I have read few post on mse regarding this issue and they are all stating that i should ignore the first letter. I have ignore them but now i would like to know if zzps can clamp my car?

Is the Registered Keeper's address correct on the vehicle's Registration Document (V5c)?

    Please check.

Given clamping by private companies is illegal that isn't going to happen.

If you don't mind lifting the manhole in the road, you know where the sewers are, you can talk to ZZPS.

Never known a sewer rat put a clamp on a car ....they used to (not ZZPS) but the parking scammers, until Betty Boothroyd, the speaker of the house got clamped ? It stopped then

The thought of ZZPS clamping ... haha, they don't have the intelligence to do that

The keeper's address and registration number are correct.
Strangely, the keeper never received a letter from WING regarding the PCN and/or how to pay but 3 months later the keeper receives a debt collector letter.
How do they get people personal's details?

Ignore debt crawlers. Post 4 of the NEWBIES explains why it is safe to do so.

Complain to the BPA that the scammers have gone straight to debt collectors without first issuing a NTK.

Does The Keeper still have the NTD?

Do not reveal the driver's identity at any point, not even on this thread.

The Driver received a yellow love letter on the windscreen and presumably passed it to The Keeper. The Keeper has never received anything addressed to them, but should have received a NTK no later than day 56 for keeper liability to apply.

The date of the alleged event is day zero.

    I don't have a sister. :D

Email a SAR to Wing for all photos & letters.

See the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread for how to do a SAR.

We assume this is Council or ALMO land in Greenwich or Islington and so Wing can't hold a keeper liable for the actions of an unknown driver, on that land. So you must be careful not to type anything that implies who parked the car!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

All acronyms are in the NEWBIE sticky post #5, however SAR = Subject Access Request.
