OMG ...Now ZZPS is contacting me via email. This is becoming a bit too much. They really have access to all my personal details and it is a bit scary

We have told you that ZZPS are brain dead idiots to ignore.

    Mark the emails as spam
It will not take long for their emails to Propagate around the net so all emails from ZZPS go into spam folders
ZZPS will never know apart from no response from people

    Up yours ZZPS

Debt crawlers trawl social media and do all sorts of intrusive but lawful searches to get someone's contact details.

Mark the email as spam and block it.

Ignore them and any other debt crawler. They have absolutely no powers whatsoever other than to send out poor quality bog paper.

Have you complained to the BPA and DVLA as advised?

Please go back through this thread and answer any and all unanswered questions you have been asked. We ask these things for a reason.

You have asked some questions, the answers to which are easily available on the internet. The stickies/FAQs also tell you how to deal with debt collectors. If you have not read them please do so.

Email a SAR to Wing for all photos & letters.

See the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread for how to do a SAR.

We assume this is Council or ALMO land in Greenwich or Islington and so Wing can't hold a keeper liable for the actions of an unknown driver, on that land. So you must be careful not to type anything that implies who parked the car!

Have you done this yet? Who cares about an email, people get spam all the time!

The NEWBIES thread tells you about a SAR, with an example wording.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

    1. I have blocked all emails and mark them as spam
    2. I am looking for a template of letter to write to BPA to ensure l say the right things.
    3. I did not complain to DVLA but l am going to do so as well.

Sorry for the slow replies. I am going to get it right in order for this to be sorted out.

I have draft a letter for BPA , DVLA and SAR to WING ltd. I will post all 3 when completed before sending each off. However can you confirm those point for me please:
    1. For the SAR, (after reading the newbies and using the template given)
    * should I send it via email or post it
    * At the top of the letter should I put the keeper's address but not the NAME of the keeper

    2. For BPA and DVLA
*should I send it via email or post it
    * Do I mention that I will also contact /inform my MP
