2 parking areas on one hospital site. Got wrong ticket

I have replied, asking why they require the V5, as their sign states they can contact the DVLA for my details. The back of the ticket states that they have already obtained them, plus my Reg number. Which would only match if it was in my name at the time.
I also added:
On your ticket, it states that, if no payment is received within 29 days, it will result in the charge increasing. However, there is no information on the ticket regarding by how much, or how it will be worked out. As required by the BPA code of practice, stating that the parking ticket must include:
Appendix B
Section B5.1, note "p"
Any excess charges the driver may have to pay if no
payment or challenge is received within the time
allowed, and how those charges will be worked out.
Plus a few more photos, showing how the boundaries are poorly defined, as 2 paths, with zebra crossings, go between the two car parks, and the two buildings. Plus the offer of more pics if required, they only allow 4 on their form.
I asked them to clear up about removing my details as well.
Hopefully that will tie them up for a short while
I did wish them a merry Christmas at the end. Hehe.
@Umkomaas - So, I shouldn't be afraid of a debt collector turning up and getting knocked the f**k out by my wife while I am out then? Lol
Hope everyone here also has a merry Christmas (or as good as it can be with scammers trying to con you out of your hard earned money).0 -
Only if they are accompanied by The Tooth Fairy, Father Christmas, Frosty the Snowman, The Easter Bunny and Puff the Magic Dragon. That's when they are at their most dangerous.@Umkomaas - So, I shouldn't be afraid of a debt collector turning up and getting knocked the f**k out by my wife while I am out then? LolPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I sent a message a few days ago, as above. As yet, I have had no reply regarding the questions. Aside from the standard, auto reply, below:
We write to acknowledge receipt of your recent contact form appealing against the issuing of a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) to your vehicle.
Please be advised that we are dealing with your appeal and will contact you again within 35 days regarding the outcome. During this time the PCN is on hold and no further action will be taken until we have replied to you.
The deadline for me sending the copy of the V5 is tomorrow. Should I still have to send it by then, or have I got until they reply now?
If so, could I stall the process indefinitely by asking questions just before deadlines?

The appeal is separate from the SAR.
I thought from this post, that you already possibly had the SAR?Plus a few more photos, showing how the boundaries are poorly defined, as 2 paths, with zebra crossings, go between the two car parks, and the two buildings. Plus the offer of more pics if required, they only allow 4 on their form.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have replied, asking why they require the V5, as their sign states they can contact the DVLA for my details.
If yo have named yourself as Keeper, then they do not have "Reasonable Cause" under regulation 27 to ask the DVLA for keeper details. However, without asking the DVLA for keeper details, they cannot pursue you under Keeper Liability. that's the third conditions of Keeper Libaility.
By asking for a copy of your V5C, they can say that a copy was supplied by the DVLA, and the document they produce will match theinformation on your V5C, so it will look like they really did get keeper details fromt he DVLA.
A Parking Company fabricating evidence? Shocker - search the forum for "Jack Chapman". Or seatch Parking Prankster for "UKCP fake photos" - they have been suspended from KADOE twice for that.
Elite Management Midlands got expelled from the BPA for, amongst other things, faking evidence.1 -

No, I have not got an SAR. Should I request one at this stage?
I have had conflicting advice on sending a copy of the V5. Should I do as they ask, and send it, or not to give them my details, in case they say that they match, when they havn't actualy requested them from DVLA? I have to send it today if I am going to.
Or, should I just ignore them completely, until I get a solicitor letter, or something?0 -
I have neither admitted, nor denied that I was the driver. There were 2 of us in the car, so I have only stated "we".ashley_cohen wrote: »If yo have named yourself as Keeper, then they do not have "Reasonable Cause" under regulation 27 to ask the DVLA for keeper details. The relevant point here is if you were KEEPER. If you name yourself sas keeper, they have no grounds to ask the DVLA for keeper details, so cannot pursue you as driver OR as keeper under keeper lkiability.
If they do ask for keeper details from the DVLA, they have breached the DPA, as they have no "reasonable cause" to ask for keeper details if you have already provided them.1 -
So, I should state that I am keeper, but still not say anything about who was driving? Should I send the V5 or not? Sorry, I am a little confused at the minute.0

Yes to both your questions, send the V5C as you want a SAR.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
