Or when you finally do manage to have communication with them & it's going well, you ask them if they'd like to meet for a drink/dinner or something & you're suddenly ignored/unmatched.

Is that something that people do because they think it's attractive? Or is it the online version of "playing hard to get"? Or indeed do they hoard (that's the word for keeping things) the matches as a form of self-congratulation "I've got so many that I can pick and choose!"?

I have no idea, perhaps it's so when they open their app they can see the long list of matches they have.

Women with short hair. I always get flamed for saying it but I have never seen a women who looks more attractive with shorter hair.

Also botoxing lips. Guaranteed to make you look worse.

High, breathy, "little girl" voices.  Some can't help it - that is just the way their voice box works - but those who exaggerate it for effect.
