So I received the parcel Monday i was at work
Conceirge finishes by the time i get home so i went down there Saturday to collect all my parcels but there was no phone I contacted mobiles which then redirected to dpd which said it will take 2 days to investigate then I contacted them again on Wednesday next week they told me to speak to mobile they cant give me any details so thats why I contacted them late. But is this really the point? Point is i never received the phone and i never authorise them to deliver to my reception?
Dave is the property manager and his office is based next to my flat
He said he checked cctv and there was no delivery at that time from dpd0 -
Can there be a reason where my conceirge refuses to provide me the copy of cctv?
Just trying to think a head.0 -

You really need to get a copy of the cctv without delay for whatever follows next. It's your only proof to set against theirs.0 -

If other people are on the video he might have an issue with GDPR, but you'd need to find that out from him.
Is the time and date clearly shown on the on the recording? As in, on the screen burnt into the image? Is the concierge happy to go through the legal process which you're likely to have to do the get this resolved?0 -
So just spoke to vodafone and told the lady whole story she said she’s cancelling it and i dont have to pay anything as it was lost in transit which then i sent to mobiles who are more then happy to not accomodate me.
I cancelled their direct debit too
Anything else i need todo?0 -
Not a good idea to cancel the direct debit - especially based on anything Vodafone tell you (not the most trustworthy company). IF they don't cancel the contract you'll end up in a worse mess (ruined credit record for the next years plus potentially threatening letters from debt collection agencies). Also, check Mobiles.co's t&c; since you've cancelled they will be out of pocket and potentially trying to charge you for the phone (which they say who have, even though you haven't).0

Well the lady said she’s cancelling the direct debit but i was able to see it in my app so may be it take some time to reflect but she gave me a reference no too0
