Also ive complained to the landowner which is not the council as I presumed, it is private land.
It is behind QD stores in bedford - ive emailed customer services at the store.

The only method of payment is an app that doesn't work, reel you in with £1 an hour parking then inflate that £1 to £187 with unicorn tax. I paid, their app is useless, now they know I know

@Coupon-mad, @nosferatu1001 If their app is that bad as the OP says, could that be a frustration of contract as in the PPC is making it harder for customers to pay for parking and perhaps also a breach of Equality Act on accessibility requirements - not everyone has or can use a smartphone?
