Barclays Blue Rewards late this month December 2019?

    Yep, the first one has been paid in just fine every month, but for March and April the 2nd one hasn't materialised.  The direct debits and funding for the account hasn't changed.  Hopefully it'll get sorted now though.
    I also haven't had the second payment now for two months. Dispite them saying it would be sorted. Apparently it will take a couple of months but it will be backdated. I'll keep chasing every month. 
    £14 paid into my blue rewards pot today, so I'm square now, hopefully no further hiccups!
    Glad you got it sorted. Wish mine was too. Did you get someone to sort it over the phone? I've been told it may take 2 months. 
    Yes, a very helpful bloke took all the details and a few days later left me a voicemail telling me the error on the account had been sorted and to check my balance as it had now been paid.

    Maybe it was caused by a different problem?  Or maybe yours will be resolved just as quickly, you never know, fingers crossed!

    I phoned up barclays again and explained someone had the same problem and had it fixed easily and asked why it was taking so long for my issue to be fixed. They registered the issue as a complaint and today someone rang me and appoligised. They also paid me the rest of the years rewards, £140 for the inconvenience. Also told me me that she will also try and fix the issue but the IT department is currently closed in India.

    If anyone has this problem still, phone up and register it as a complaint and you will get a resolution very fast.
