  • Well, another month, another second reward payment missed.  They owe me £14 now, time for another chat or message.

    Mine arrived like clockwork on the 17th. So if yours is missing, it seems due to an issue with your account.

    Yes, seems likely.  I’ve just spoken to a CS rep who has passed it to the blue rewards team.  Fingers crossed it will get sorted.

    Yep, the first one has been paid in just fine every month, but for March and April the 2nd one hasn't materialised.  The direct debits and funding for the account hasn't changed.  Hopefully it'll get sorted now though.

    Last month was the only late payment I've experienced this far , think it was about the 25th , and that I believe was due only to an update to the app, every other payment has always been either around 17th/18th of the month or 3rd/4th. Have to say I've been very impressed with Barclays since I joined them

    Glad you got it sorted. Wish mine was too. Did you get someone to sort it over the phone? I've been told it may take 2 months.
