    Well, it’s March 31st and no second reward.  I know it’s a very minor problem in the grand scheme of things but it is annoying!

    I'd send them an email, it'll probably be slower than normal to get a reply though.

    Me too. Tried to phone up and the wait time is over an hour. Understandable given the current situation.

    Phoned up today, they said I t was an IT  problem and they will get it paid to me within 2 days. I'll let you know if /when I get it.
