Ok so have been v busy today. I’ve done 2 classes and have 2 more later. We did over an hour of school work which was very constructive.

Have eaten tons today. We are all having chilli and rice for Tea, we’ve had sandwiches for lunch. Currently sat watching horrid Henry with the kiddies. Feel like I should be doing something.

You are doing something, you are spending time out with your children. You too need a bit of head emptying time and space!

Ok so today is Mays 7th birthday! I’ve managed to get her lots of gifts within a sort of budget, and the lovely people at work all clubbed together and have bought her a doll house and made her a cake!!!! I was so overwhelmed with kindness, I cried!  I made a unicorn and a dragon topper for the cake with just white and pink fondant.

We camped out last night for a cubs thing, only in the garden but we’re still there. OH is asleep he’s more than a bit grumpy as neither of us slept very well outside.

So plan for today is to have croissants for breakfast and bread and jam. Was going to go to this lovely bakery and get some but it was extortionate so, managed to get a Tesco order and added it to that. Later on we’re going to go on a bike ride then stop for a picnic, it’s a bit windy but hopefully it will be ok.

Then we’re going to have a bbq tonight and a movie night. And I’m sure they’ll be some board games in there somewhere. I love the fact we’re going to have a day of just us, no expensive party full of people or anything.

I’ve managed to get a slot for next week from Tesco too, so going to try and get my shopping bill down. I’ve had my self employment pay from the government. But it’s only equated to £1000 in total, so that is in my bank account and I will see how long I can get it to last before I’m dipping into the house deposit again. I’m owed £200 still but I just need to update the invoice, and I have 2 small bikes to sell one FB. I’ve taken on a little extra work so have £100 in the bank for that too. But shopping etc has already come out of that so I will see how much is in the account now.

Children go to their dads for 3 weeks on Monday, so things shouldn’t cost quite so much. I will miss them millions though.

I’ve got some projects to do whilst they’re away, like tidy and clean the whole house, get my level 2 qualification. eBay stuff. Something I’m really looking forward to doing is making May some dresses. I’ve got a couple of summer dresses of mine to alter, she put one on and was wondering around the house in it, it just needs straps and taking up, it’s one of those strapless elasticated top ones. I have a teeny sewing machine so I will see what I can do. I’m still working so we’ll see what I can do with my time.

    Hope you’re all ok.

I do still have a diary but don't get on it enough. I need to try harder but my health is poor. :(
