    Hi!
well ended up with a MASSIVE over spend on food last week. But consequently haven’t been shopping yet this week. Going to try and lay until tomorrow and try and spend no more than £60 to try and claw some money back.
Work wise We’re still shut so still having to do classes online. There are some courses I can be doing that are now available online, it’s just time and money to pay for them. But trying to see if they would make me more money So I can coach something new too.

Need to homeschool today might make scrunchies or pizzas later just for a hands on thing to do.

we had curry for dinner last night. Might have chicken stew tonight, children will have pizza if we make it. Just dropped some stuff off to a Dr friend and there are so many people about compared to before.
    hope you’re all ok x

Just having a search to find cheaper multivitamins etc. The ones I’ve been taking were so much more expensive than I can get them for! Despite being on offer!

    So tired today!

Ok so having sausage and mash for tea, children had freezer cottage pie and beans. We had sandwiches for lunch and they had cereal for breakfast and I had porridge. I managed to not go shopping today but need to go tomorrow as have no bread and little milk. Trying to come up with a meal plan but I have no idea at this point, we just eat the same things!  Thinking maybe stew and fish pie as have some fish And beef in the freezer. But after that not sure..... will come up with a list and post it tomorrow. Not felt too well today, really heady and groggy, might be too much caffeine so going to only drink tea not coffee tomorrow.

I’ve realised I’ve changed the way I shop and what I buy, because I have to, but to the point OH has changed his way of thinking on some things. We used to go through mountains of kitchen roll every week, but he’s now happy enough to use a washable cloth! And we use an antibacterial concentrate which we just water down and reuse the spray bottle. He’ll hVe jam on his toast instead of expensive honey. He’ll eat white potatoes instead of sweet potatoes, normal yoghurt instead of protein yoghurt. Cheap crisps instead of expensive ones, so we’re slowly getting there!

And supplements wise, I usually take a multivitamin, I’ve shopped around and got what I thought was the cheapest and took other supplements at night. But after some research I realised that I can buy a cheaper multivitamin with most things in and a much cheaper night time supplement to do the same things! So that’s a result too!

Ok so I spent £81 on shopping should have been £83 but the coop card took the rest off. It’s way more than I wanted but I’ve filled the freezer up and I got 4 pieces of sirloin steak for £4. Lots of yellow sticker stuff too. I also managed to get 4 loaves of bread and milk so I shouldn’t hopefully have to go back for a week. I managed to get deodorant and ibuprofen and handwash which won’t be every week.

dinner wise today we’ll have steak and potatoes and broccoli.  Children will have YS pizza.

Home schooling etc has taken its toll today, I’m exhausted, need a rest but won’t get one until Saturday.

Ok, so I’m still working on my meal
Plan I talked about a while
ago, trying to get all my macros into a cheaper budget. This is a bit of a project and when I manage it I will let you know. Not doing great diet wise, seem to be just eating everything at the moment. Absolutely trying to curb it today. My goal is the 4th July to look and feel better. Have so much work to do today and home schooling, not To mention the mountain of washing.  I’m going to try and do bits whilst home schooling. Still need to sign up for my course too.

Food today children have had YS Dino crumpets and OH will have toast. We’ll have sandwiches or pancakes for lunch and dinner will be chicken and pasta.

Ok so I managed to do some homeschooling and of course work. I managed to feed everyone too. I ended up with cereal for dinner but I was actually quite happy about it. I love rice crispies. I’ve managed to eat within my Calories and my Supplements came today. So I’m happy with that. Gave May an early birthday present of a baby doll. Omg she loves it so much! I’ve never seen anyone so in love with a toy. She had to have it sleep beside her in case he woke up in the night and cried, so precious!

So haven’t been to the shop today. I really shouldn’t need to go until next Wednesday. Although cat food is going down quicker than I’d like!

Sounds like you are making lots of small differences that will add up in the end :)

I love seeing DD with her doll as well, it's so cute watching them.

Ah I keep writing posts then forgetting to press post and losing them. We had a nice weekend, even treated ourselves to fish and chips on Friday which was a massive treat. Really struggling with life generally at the moment, just want to cry right now. For now reason, just feel really stressed! I managed to get a Tesco slot yesterday. So got lots of basics that I know are far cheaper than they are at the coop. Spent £100, which will last all week, I have another slot booked for click and collect Friday, so will stock up more then as can’t get another slot at the mo. Managed some chores today. Sorted some washing and cleaned the bathrooms, did the dishwasher along with making a million meals and work and homeschooling! Life is so busy right now. How are you all?

I’ve been finding our mr t is releasing extra slots of click and collect for the next 7 days but not beyond iyswim so you should be ok. Will save you some pennies v co op.

I think lots of people are struggling. Fish and chips as a treat sounds good. Sorry you’re tearful, can you get 30 minutes just to do something for yourself and your own MH? Take care.

Thank you purple fairy. I’m feeling slightly better. I think I had too Much caffeine so my mood wasn’t great. Feel a little better now.

Made a lovely chilli for tea, children had pasta. Oh and for breakfast I had pancakes and toast for lunch, children had toast for breakfast, then ham sandwiches, crisps, yoghurt and raisins.
