Light bulbs, not bright enough!

So we have used 100w bulbs in our kitchen for years and they were OK. Then we had to use halogen ones, 70w was not as bright but manageable.
Now I have just got some 15w LED and they are no where near as bright as the old 100w bulbs.
So can you recommend dimmable, 100w equivalent bulbs, normal shape, E27?

Are you using Warm White or Cool White ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

How many fittings do you have over what area and in what configuration.0

There are just two central fittings. The room is 4.5M by 5.2M with a bit out of one corner.
The LED bulb is cool white.0 -
A 100w incandescent lamp kicks out about 1600 lumens. One of these should be OK - https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/ledare-led-bulb-e27-1600-lumen-warm-dimming-globe-opal-white-50363296/
However, I would have thought a 15W LED would have been bright enough - I've replaced most of the 75W & 100W incandescent lamps here with either 7W or 10W LED and find them more than adequate. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

The LED bulb is cool white.
Consider replacing them with multi bulb fittings.
Something like these.A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0 -
We do not want to change the fittings, they are nice metal and glass ones.
I can't see what lumens they are.
So can anyone find me some 100+w led bulbs that are dimmable and don't cost a fortune?
If not I see Amazon still sell the old 100w filament bulbs in packs of 10.0 -
Until yesterday I was using a plugin fluorescent duo that I bought 45 years ago from Woolworths. Gave a very good light in the kitchen but one of the tubes failed after (after about 20 years) so I am trying a cool white 30w corn led bulb which I was using in my garage and cost me £2.99 no ebay.
30w corn bulbs are meant to be equivalent to 250w but the one I have is about 120w so I am buying a more expensive 35w version from ebay to see if its a bit brighter.
I don't think corn led are dimmable but you mentioned you had 15w led bulbs and 17w and even 23w versions are available but the 23w versions seem quite big.0 -

My 35w led corn bulbs cool white have arrived and they are very bright, probably at least 220w incandescent bulb equivalent. They are not dimmable but do not flicker. They are large - 23cm long and 7.5cm but 20w and 25w versions are shorter but you cant see the corn effect found on other corn bulbs.
You can find then on ebay - "LED corn bulbs 35w waterproof" and are identifiable by a green ring round the base.0 -
