Another No Spend Day for me today - thanks to freebie mystery shopper lunch out. So 11/20 so far. Need to get some fruit and veg tomorrow, so next NSD likely to be Wednesday.
I am loving this frugal living approach. Motivated by necessity (as income and expenditure not matching up at the mo
) but - it really is making me more thoughtful and considered about what I do and don't 'need'. March 26:

The frugal living approach really helps me too ... even though some days don't work out as planned.

Hi all! Sorry I've been a bit MIA, working unsociable hours + prepping for the work Xmas do makes for a tricky mix.
Which is why I've only had one additional NSD so I'm only on 5/12 - I was hoping to do much better, but the early mornings made me quite forgetful and I everyday except one was a spendy day. I couldn't even tell you which day was spend-free - I just know I've had one since my last update because I wrote it on a post it note one so I wouldn't forget!
Tomorrow should be a NSD - I have enough food in the house and taking lunch into work with me.Save £12k in 2022 = £3705.97/ £7,500 (49%)
Save £12k in 2021 #76 = £11,857.21/ £10,000 (118%)0 -
Today will be 6/15, i do need some cotton wool pads but I will use my boots points instead to get them rather than spending any money

Only had my usual £2 yoga class yesterday which is all budgeted and accounted for, meaning I'm up to 5 NSD's.
I need to do some thinking tonight on whither I need to buy a few more Xmas gifts today, but I think I'm going to get a voucher at the weekend instead, so I should manage a NSD today too. Something from the freezer for dinner.0 -

Well done on the NSD Delta13
:T:T Re the early mornings, I'm sure you probably do this anyway and it's just a thought but I find it saves me a lot of time in the morning if I get things ready the night before - I pack a lunchbox and stick it in the fridge overnight, and put my laptop and anything else I need in my bag. With me it's more that I tend to wake up pretty slowly though! I don't know how you do 5ams, especially at this time of year, I'd find it really tough. 0 -
