I always want to try more expensive haircare following my previous love of the L’Occitane Repairing shampoo but it’s the one aspect of beauty products that I baulk at the price of. Maybe I’ll look out for this next Black Friday.

I agree with you about the E45 cream. The red one is much better but I think it’s discontinued.

I really enjoyed a sample of Lancer when I tried it but it’s too expensive. I now use a chemical exfoliant instead and see much better results. Speaking of which, I’ve noticed in the last couple of days how glory my skin is looking after applying a Vitamin C serum I got in a beauty box. Think I’ll have to look into more of this.

Finally, a UU - 1L size bottle of ABC Skincare Skin Wash. I’m starting with this horrible cold that’s doing the rounds. MRM has had I, my boss at work is off with it and yesterday myself and 3 other people at work were suffering so I got home last night drew a hot bath and chuckled the last of this bottle in. Helped me breathe easier. Am up now. Feeling snotty (sorry, TMI) but will make it in. Have a replacement in stash too.

I opened today’s advent calendar a few days ago as I knew there was a mini lipgloss in it that I already have a full size of and have given the mini to a friend as part of her Christmas gift.

I do really like the Aveda products, but I only buy them on an offer, e.g. 20% off beauty at M&S, or Aveda's own deals. They do last ages, so I think they are good value if you can get over the initial outlay.

Pity about the red E45 as it didn't leave you sticky!

I had the cold last week and it was a pain, hope you are feeling better.

Much better, thanks. I think I felt worse earlier in the week because of the added stress at work due to my boss being off. Last day today, thankfully.

A third of the way through December!

    IN
Molton Brown shower and bath gel gift set (gifted) - giving one bottle away to my OH as he likes the smell of it.
Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask (purchased)

    UU
Head and Shoulders Supreme Repair Shampoo
Herbal Essences Argan Oil Hair mask
Original Source Juicy Mango Shower Gel
    Venus Oceana razors x2
    BeautyPie Japanfusion Step-2 Serum
Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask x2
    Superdrug Naturally Radiant Glycolic Tonic

    Almost finished:
    Herbal Essences Passion Flower Conditioner
    BeautyPie Jeju Night Cream
    BeautyPie Japanfusion Transforming Cleanser
Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser

    Alternative uses:
Alberto Balsam Teatree tingle shampoo - using as a make-up brush cleanser - does the job really nicely
Herbal Essences Passion Flower Shampoo - using as bodywash as well as shampoo to get rid of it ASAP - very strong perfume that's a bit too sweet even for me.

I've been mixing my Nip+Fab Bee Sting Fix Repairing Shot with the Nivea Soft Moisturising Creme and it makes for a good day moisturiser. Takes a little while to sink in properly but no dry skin and make up sits on top well. Not sure if I would buy it again (was gifted) because I find it a faff using the dropper and mixing it every morning.

Hi Ladies! Apologies, life got very crazy between finishing my job, packing up my apartment, and moving to France for the winter :O

I've lost track of most INs and UUs - but did finish a few things before I left, which I was aiming for. I've bought a few new things in France - but all essentials (shampoo, conditioner, and a really nice scrubby soap bar instead of shower gel!), and brought over some things I already had that I love and am working through.

I also got a LG B&B in my colour from another lovely contributor, and that is being well used at the minute :)

I'll have a few INs over xmas, but not too bad (I hope!). I keep looking at all the deals and offers on at the minute, but I've not succumbed yet - I've not found anything I couldn't ultimately say no to. But I do keep looking :o (only for stuff I know I'll use of course - at a better price than normal... :p)

I hope everyone is well and looking forward to Christmas - and welcome to anyone new! :T

One TA from the other day:

The Body Shop Born Lippy Strawberry Lip Balm 10ml

I don't know why but these ones from the Born Lippy range irritate my lips a lot. Hm. I think I'm just going to stick with the LRP Cicaplast and Nutritic lip balms and the Superdrug one I love.

I’m using an Ultrasun one at the moment and really loving it. Could be new HG.

I loved the Ultrasun one I had too, using a Vichy Aqualia? one and a Uvistat for the rare occasion the sun shines brightly:D Both are good and don't need applying often.

UU MAC Lipgloss called Glass Heel. Looked lovely but don’t like the formula. That’s 21 makeup items UU this year.

IN BM lip lacquer called Swank. Love the colour. Is a deep berry shade.

UUs today - The Body Shop Mango Body Yogurt - I love the body yogurts, especially amazing on a hot summer day. I have other body butters/creams to UU so won't be buying anytime soon but would definitely repurchase.

Garnier Ultimate Blend Sleek Restorer Shampoo - I love this one too. Amazing value for money. I have another one in stash.

I'm going to head to my zero waste shop to re-fill some shower gels to use Amex Shop Small promotion. I'm thinking to have a no-buy year. I don't need anything really as my cupboards are full of products, clothes etc. I don't shop as much as I used to do but first I need to have a clear out, check what I have and see how I can utilise them. I have sold a lot of items this year and feel pretty good about that. I am hoping to continue in new year.
