And the evidence that I don’t meet the support group is

Substantial mental health or physical risk:
The medical evidence does not suggest that there would be a substantial mental or physical risk if they were to undertake appropriate, tailored work related activity, despite previous plans of suicide he has never attempted suicide. He has not had any specialist input for his mental health and his prescription is monthly. The medical evidence indicates that there would be substantial mental or physical risk if the client were found capable of work, since my (situation I don’t want to mention) he has had plans of suicide the most recent 5 month ago but the thought of his father stopped him, his father now keeps his medication

Looking back through the thread i see you already had the decision. Have you requested the MR, if you haven't then you have 1 month from the date of the decision to request this. You should put it in writing stating why you think you should be placed into the Support Group and why reg 35 applies to you.

I requested the MR through my journal it’s getting looked at by someone else apparently
    I said

Hi I disagree with the decision about my esa assessment I would like an explanation to how you come to this decision and I think it’s the wrong decision because I suffer bad with depression and anxiety and I find it really difficult to socialise with others and I never leave my flat through my situation as I fear I’m going to get threats, my dad does a lot for me day to day he comes to all my appointments and I stuggled at the assessment with the amount of people in the waiting room I was really on edge, I also mentioned I am waiting for an appointment for talking matters to over come my fears so I do think your decision is wrong and I would like a mandatory reconsideration.

Well I’m waiting on the MR but if it’s wrong I will be getting Intouch with citizens advise and getting help with appeal as I do think it’s wrong can I ask what you think?

Future appointments will not help your claim. Most MR decisions remain the same so it's likely you'll be taking it to Tribunal. Appearing in person is your best chance of a decision in your favour but the only downside is waiting times for hearings are huge in most areas. Lots are waiting a year for a hearing date. I'm assuming you sent evidence to support your claim?
