It was without F2F on both ESA and reassessment.

Make sure you meet the ESA descriptors and have medical evidence from hospital. They can override GP letter I have read in this forum.
  • See I only see my doctor and I’m on medication so do you think it be best getting a report from doctor myself and sending it in

Evidence from a GP isn't the best to send because they very rarely know how your conditions affect you, they will only know the basics. As there's very likely a charge for a GP to write a letter then in my opinion, it's not worth the money.

No need to ring for a change of medication.
  • Just got my report from my medical says for abnormal findings - i was anxious, was restless, appeared tense, poor rapport and poor eye contact but for relevant normal findings - looks well, did not appear trembling, no increased sweating (when I sweat all the time), did not rock indicated anxiety(when I was rocking as I pull my beard hair out also when I’m on edge),normal face expression(apparently), behaved normal(how is anxious, restless and tense, poor rapport and poor eye contact NORMAL.

It’s confused me as half of it is yes he has anxiety and depression and yes he is anxious and all that but he can look for work and basically go on courses but when In the report I struggle to do a lot through my mental state

Towards the back of the report it will have LCW and LCWRA recommendations, what does it say under that? This is what you need to look for.
  • Just says
    prognosis

    Expected change

    Functional problem:
I advise that work could be considered within 3 months

    Exceptional circumstances:
I advise that work could be considered within 12 months.
  • Do you mean their advise based on lcw and lcwra is that this person is suffering from some specific disease or bodily or mental disablement and, by reasons of such disease or disablement, there would be a substantial risk to the mental or physical health of any person if they were found not to have lcw and that the risk could not be significantly reduced by reasonable adjustments made in the workplace or by taking prescribed medication.
