#18 reporting in for Aug & Sept

    Aug £106.47
    Sept £ 12.25

We've sold our BTL now and it's empty so no rent money coming in and no incentive to OP as the sale is pending - fingers crossed it exchanges and completes before Xmas but I can see the buyers wanting it to happen at start of 2021 instead. In the meantime we're paying out not just the mortgage, but also council tax, water, electricity etc so no wish to OP anything other than a small rounded up amount each month. When it does finally go through we will, however, have a nice lump sum of cash instead from the equity :) - ok, we've lost the income and capital growth, but I don't want to be a landlord any more!
