#56 here. Struggling with the new forum layout and finding the first page etc.I have been really slack at updating so I must firstly apologise.Good news though I am remortgaging from Oct and will save around £300 a month by doing so. So this will all go into my payment pot.It also means that the mortgage pot I’m paying towards will change as we are changing from 3.89% to 1.36% and my highest rate will be 1.99%Anyway enough waffle.May: 863.21
June: 838.21July: 879.81
August: 838.21
(we have £838.21 as our transfer towards our annual overpayment limit and make a large transfer annually at the start of our mortgage year - we will increase this as our mortgage payment reduces!)Mortgages Oct 2020: £308,283 Jul 2021 £286,600 October 2022 £253,456 MFW-22 #9 MFIT-T6 #354 -
