The inconsistency isn't necessarily versus National Hunter data.
From NH standard cover:
"For your information, the status type ‘inconsistency’ means that the loading member has determined there were inconsistencies between the information provided on the application, and information verified, or unable to be verified, from other sources. This data remains available for matching for 3 years from date of application.
If there is information showing in the reasons section, this represents the reason/s indicated for the inconsistency status by the original loading member. "
When I asked NH how 'inconsistencies' got posted against 'main applicant, address, employer, etc.' they responded that the bank (in this case) populated them at a line level."Good morning I can confirm that the information returned to you is how it is sent to us from the lender concerned. It is also presented with the same detail and in the same format to any other lenders. Kind regards National Hunter"
