'Random' upgraded? You mean like some sort of lottery. Every 10th customer upgraded or customers names randomly chosen from a hat?
At intervals in the past, certain groups of non-qualifying customers have been invited to Premier banking. I'm really not sure what the exact logic was, or what criteria used.: )0 -
