As explained they are not an essential business so until restrictions are lifted and they are allowed back in the office I can’t update you any further as I haven’t received any further update from VCS. As soon as I hear anything I will let you know

UPDATE ON COURT CASE..... Its a loss again for VCS!!!!!!!!!!
I was resigned to the fact i would have to pay the £185 and as i didnt send in a witness statement (as i just couldn't deal with anymore stress at the moment)
i just thought i would have to pay these scumbags but just to let you all know the court hearing was last Monday at doncaster county court before district judge Thompson.
just today i received a letter from the courts  and the letter goes like this:
 The claimants case has been dismissed for the following reasons:
1/ Neither party having filled any evidence to support the claim or defence
2/ And upon the claimant having the burden of proof
And upon noting the defendant disputed the claim. In the circumstances the claimant having failed to file any evidence to support the claim, the claim is dismissed.
I think that because i didnt put in a ws i probably got away with the skin of my teeth! But i want to send a big thanks to everybody for taking theIr valuable time to respond and for helping me along the way. X
