    Thanks

94.6 percent is a terrible feedback score, sounds like someone has already had problems with this buyer which makes me more sure you are being strung along. Is that one neg they already have or two? If it is two there is a good chance that they already have strikes on their account which might mean they will be NARU'd when you complete the NPB process. If that is the case once they are NARU'd they cannot leave you feedback.

Fingers crossed then that they already have strikes, that will save you a lot of worry. Otherwise take the neg, a neg to them will do a lot of damage, Going below 90% positive will probably mean that a lot of sellers will automatically pull their bids in future.

As a seller I like good factual feedbacks, makes my job easier. Something like,

'Warning: Never paid, NPB and FVF reclaimed'.

That also tells future sellers that this buyer has a strike on their account already. As a seller seeing that statement on a bidder on my auction would probably lead me to consider pulling their bid.

Precisely. This is exactly the sort of feedback I leave for NPB. In fact here's a sample of my last neg for a NPB:

Non Paying Bidder. Ignored all tracked payment requests. FVF Reclaimed. :(

Always best to keep feedback to the point and accurate. No point in getting nasty or personal as it reflects badly on yourself.

Go into the unpaid item option showing on the screen when you bring up the page with the description and photo on. Click on it and it'll probably say you've already filed a dipute but click "here" if you want to view details of it. Click the "here" bit and it gives you the option to talk more through ebay on the left hand side or "close dispute" on right hand side. Click on the "close dispute" and there's 3 option to choose from. Self explanatory when you get in there but the 2nd option is that you're fed up of waiting and want to close all comms - it then refunds you your fees back through this option.

Have just done my first one not 10 mins ago - e-mailed and e-mailed buyer but no comms in this instance - only Monday they were a registered user but funnily enough this morning they weren't. They now have my NPB strike and I have my fees back which was all I wanted on this occasion - I'd done everything I could to assist the buyer as you have, so follow it through. Upto you if you leave feedback but follow Soo and babe's line if you do. Unfortunately I couldn't leave any feedback as they're no longer resistered. If they were I wouldn't have hesitated and would have taken the retaliatory - you can always leave a follow up under it.

LIke shadow says you need to close the dispute to get your fees back.

As for feedback she can leave you feedback whatever you now do.

'Warning: Never paid, NPB and FVF reclaimed'.

Go for it...... simple, to the point, factual and easily understood. Also unemotional.

Do it now and forget about it!
