I've made contact with the lady from the Sandhills Action Group. She is busy with her own caseload but is going to see if she has anything useful that may help the OP. Hey, I meant a template to help with layout. You have helped out massively. I'll go through the WS from others and get one typed up with photos I took of the car added for evidence.Fruitcake - That would be great. Thanks!0

I will say that the order states that by 11th Sept 2020 both parties must email the court whether they agree to the small claim being determined by a judge on the basis of their documentary evidence and written submissions. Shall I email the court asap to let them know I agree with this?

What?! WHy would you agree to be heard on papers?
Youve read every thread saying not to agree on papers?!6 -
Just checking. My gf received a letter today from Excel with an offer of £145. They state they are confident that they have a strong case. I do wonder that if they are confident then why make an offer. She is worried now and wants to pay it. I told her no! We stick with moving forward. Personally, I'd rather pay the full amount then back out now. Should my gf email them to tell them she declines the offer?0

1) Yep, if theyre that confident they wouldnt make an offer
2) Theyve often sent that letter then discontinued - show her the threads!

Awesome, Thanks. I will get my gf to email the court letting them know that she DOES NOT agree to the Small Claim being determined on paper.

Search the forum for related threads. It's not just a "No thanks, mate" email, there usually needs to be a reason why you disagree.3

I've heard back from the lovely lady who runs the Sandhills Action Group.
Case number E9GF7J9Y, Exeter court, ES Parking v Mr P. She thinks it was DDJ Incledon but is not 100%.
This is the parking space where the car was parked. The scammers said this wasn't a parking space.
"The Judge concluded that as the T shape was on the longer length line behind the car then the car was parked wholly in the bay."
My interpretation is that the scammers said this wasn't a parking bay, the judge said it was because the white lines made it look like a parking bay.
I hope this may help your case.
