    UPDATE:

Just received letter from Excel appeals department. As I was expecting, my appeal was rejected. It has given me the opportunity to appeal to IAS, but I'd rather just go straight to court and face it head on.

Do I just now ignore all threatening letters that I receive from Excel in regards to debt collection until the court letter turns up?

    Thanks,
    Dan.

Yes that's exactly what you do.

Post again on this thread if ever you receive either a Letter of Claim or official court correspondence and you need further help.
  • I will do that. Thanks.

    UPDATE: LETTER BEFORE CLAIM RECEIVED

  • The reason they are issuing this is because I haven't parked wholly within the markings of a designated parking bay.

To me, this sounds like they have acknowledged that this is actually a bay, but what size car would fit in this bay? How confusing this is.

Are we supposed to guess what this 'county court letter' is about?

    OK, here's my guess...

It's a County Court Claim Form.

If I'm right, please state the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?
