Very good, as long as all the bits you have copied are true, such as BW Legal letters (Excel don't always send them)?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I think that it should say no "No Parking" sign or no restrictive sign.

On 28th January 2020, I received a Letter Before Claim, notifying me that this matter has been passed to their legal department and would pursue the parking charge as if it were a 'debt'.

I didn’t see any clear No Parking sign or Cross-Hatched markings to make it clear that I could not park in this bay.

In regards to sending the document, does it need to be sent in .doc format or is PDF OK? I ask because some of the exhibits I have downloaded from this forum are in PDF format such as Britannia v Crosby approved judgment or is it fine to attached them to the e-mail along with my WS?

PDF is normally fine and it does mean that, unlike if you attach a Word document, no one can (easily) modify it.
  • Great! Also, exhibit pictures. The word document is portrait and the images are best viewed landscape. Is it OK to rotate the images so they make full use of the A4 space? I just don't want to annoy judge twisting his head to the side or will they be printed by the court?
  • Your photographs are looking good.  You may receive an offer from Excel which of course you will turn down.

  • Include them as landscape if you need to use a full width, otherwise stick with portrait
  • Lol, I hope so. I've just cost the costing to complete then I will get it sent off to both the court and Excel.
  • Just been reading through and checking the WS. Does this need filling in just after the £?
The added £~~ constitutes double recovery and the court is invited to find the quantum claimed is false and an abuse of process

  • Should it be £60?
