Its a rebadged Archos phone looking around.
Batteries available.
However are you sure it is the battery?
edit: looking on Ebay I see a few Archos phones for sale. You might be able to get a cheap replacement phone.0 -
Hi Custardy. The battery model is BSQ01 and none of those on sale match.
We are now looking into other options, including one on a contract for £12pm which he says he will pay for.
I doubt we’ll get another Alba/Archos as there just aren’t the spare parts for them. Those on eBay are different models so it still means changing his phone which I was trying to avoid as it’s perfectly acceptable with a new battery.
And yes, I ran a diagnosis and the battery is faulty.0 -

Yeah, tried that. Battery is now in the freezer as I read that’s a possible fix.0
