How can I cancel my 3 contract?

Hi I want to cancel my 24 month 3 contract because I can't get the phone I want to upgrade to. My contract ends in April 2013 is there a way for me to cancel it early wthout having to continue payments for it?0

If your contract doesn't run to its minimum term until April 2013, why would you think you can upgrade the handset now?0

Easy.
Phone three and ask to cancel. You'll pay no more per month but will be charged an early termination fee equvalent to the line rental x months remaining.
I suspect you meant to ask if you could cancel without penalty and the answer to that is no.0
