Student and Renting

Sadly it is becoming the norm to look and book accommodation for next year at this time of year. I say sadly because chances are you ave only really got to know people who you are currently living with and people on your course. Students feel the panic of securing the better properties now and rush to form a group for next year.
The downside is that by the time you move in, you will have formed better friendships with other people and possibly dread to live with the people you have chosen.
In some towns there is a shortage of decent accommodation, but in others this needless panic does have unfortunate consequences.
Actually the ones i have met are really nice. I thought i had met the right ones my first week at uni but now i can see the ones i have met now are the right ones to live with but yeah i agree with you for some people its different

Not always...

At Warwick they do not take a deposit but any charges would be added to the student account. A student cannot graduate until their student account is clear.0
