    You can't use the internet with BT Broadband unless you us the BT Yahoo Installer

    Ok I cant find the bt cd for installing and theres no way of getting it onto the internet.

    Should I just call bt technical?

    It is not necessary to install any BT software! The router (Home Hub) is already connected to your ISP. You problem appears to be the wireless connection between the router and your laptop. Have you entered the correct encryption key?

    Yep definately have. When I go to show network connections, it shows the wireless as connected and ok.
