Thank you for reading this message.
  • Could have sworn it was £30 for one and £60 for two. Never mind still haven't been paid and just had a reply from them
    Thank you for your email,

Unfortunately due to an unexpected error with our cash back system all cash back payments have been delayed considerably. I can assure you that you will receive your cash back and I have reported your application to be pushed through the cash back process as soon as possible.

    Many Thanks,

    Stefan Mustieles

Obviously the problems they had in June are still on going and haven't been resolved.
Will wait and see or use the phone number from earlier post.
  • Just wanted to let others know that the £30 cash back offer from moneysupermarket.com is a scam!! Joined Atlantic from Npower over 3 months ago and still no cash back. moneysupermarket keep saying i will get the money but the supposed payment date comes and goes but still no money!! They are now saying that all payments are delayed for another 2 - 3 weeks.

Just to add to the chorus of voices, I switched around 5 months ago, and still haven't received a penny from moneysupermarket.

    Scam artists.

Sorry to be so thick. Looked on comparison sites. My figures come out at -£500. Does this mean I would lose £500 by switching to a capped rate or gain this amount. Thanks.

    How is it a scam?!

You have been told in other posts that there is obviously a problem with delayed payments. Considering a lot of people have had their cash back, me being one of them, I think it is a little bit naive to start shouting your mouth off saying it is a scam.

Martin actively promotes using these sites, would he do that if it was a scam?! I think not. Scott Byrom from MS said in an earlier post, people who haven't had their cash back should call their number to try and resolve the issue. So why dont you do this before you start moaning on here!

    Yes,

If there is a minus figure this means it will cost you more.

At the present time I am supplied gas by one company and electric by another. I decided it would make sense (with the discounts) to be supplied by one company.

I went to Money Supermarket and they recommended a third company. This morning I telephoned all three companies and took down the rate details for all the companies. Allowing for the fact that there are two rates for both gas and electric (no standing charge), I calculated my usage against their current costs. The top company was the one recommended by MS. The total saving between the highest and lowest was £21. Now I am waiting for my £30 back from MS ;)

I don't have the time/energy to ring up all the other companies !

I presume I will have to start this all over again when the prices rise.
Thank you for reading this message.

Giving cashback only to those who actively complain is a scam, pure and simple. They are relying on the fact that most people won't have noticed they haven't been paid, or will have completely forgotten about it.

    Wrong, wrong, wrong,

In another post somewhere it was stated that there is a delay with the cash back payments at MS. Customers were advised to contact MS to try and push through their payments as quickly as possible. In efect jumping the queue.

You may need to look up the word 'scam' in the dictionary as you obviously have no idea what it means. Look at some other posts, you will see that a lot of people have received their cash back, me being one of them.
