    It would be technically possible, done in the same way as subscriptions are done. I've never seen it.

    You would be in the situation though, of having to see a thread in order to ignore it.

    The answer's simple: don't read what doesn't interest you, and, if necessary, bump your own thread up so it gets noticed. As someone (Snaggles I think?) recently posted, NO newbie threads had gone unanswered in January, which is pretty impressive.

    I cant see the problem with chatting on here, most problems in peoples lives involve money in some way. New posters might get less responses if the regulars are all on a seperate board. I think the answer is easy, if you dont like the topic, dont read it! when i first joined it wat the diaries that helped me have my LBM and face up to things. It really helps me with my debts to be able to talk about everything on here. Shopping used to be my way to relax, take away chatting here and i may fall into my old ways again.
