That’s brilliant thanks so much. They had my old address so are sending the claim form to my new address. Will see about setting it aside once that’s received!0

So...have you updated your car's registration address with the DVLA now or do you no longer own that car?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The parking space in question was actually owned by me as it came with the purchase of the flat and I have proof from the land registry that this is the case.
Then why did you display a permitt? Read this

What does you lease say about parking? Does it mention permits? Does it mention paying a parking parasite silly money if you do nor display one. If it is silent on the matter them your lease has primacy and, if the are daft enough to take this to court they may get a bloody nose, read this

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.lYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I don’t own it anymore but did when I first moved to my new address and updating my address with the DVLA was one of the first things I did when I moved. The letters from Newlyn have come to my new address so that’s why I’m so confused as to why all the other information has been going to the old one? And why Gladstones still only hold that address for me? I’ve spoken to registry trust and they’ve confirmed that I do have CCJ against my name and old address and have been instructed to ring the court to explain the situation and ask for it to be set aside. Is this the correct advice? Thanks so much for your help so far!0

The was a permit scheme in the car park that I used to live in to stop others parking there, but pretty sure it even said in my lease that that parking space was assigned to my property which is even more frustrating that I’ve received the PCN and it’s been going on for over 18 months now!0

It is time you nipped this in the bud. Have you complained to you managing agents/ head leaseholder. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
You’re definitely right...having moved house and had a baby in the meantime it kind of went to the back of my mind until the new letters from Newlyn turned up!
Others who had received parking tickets in the same car park tried complaining to the managing agent but to no avail sadly. Will crack on with sorting it out as soon as I receive the claim letter.0 -
I’ve now received the claim form from Gladstones so want to see about getting it set aside. I’m having trouble finding the posts from Henrik777, is there a link I can follow at all?0
