    Evening all

    Paid stuff just done
Dry laundry folded and put away, more loaded ready for tomorrow
    Bins emptied and wiped out

Just about to put supper on, while it heats up I will do a bit more in the kitchen and dining room.

    Have a good evening x
  • Hi all

DS1 has just called, he looks so much better which is a massive relief, both GP and hospital have both concluded that they dont know what has been wrong with him but he seems to be on the mend. He brought fish and chips to eat here too and just seeing him manage to eat was a relief.

Busy day at the paid stuff but I have done some dusting and hoovering, and got a load of washing over the airer. Been to the gym in my lunch break which hopefully offset the fact that someone brought cake into work.

Need to get grocery shopping tomorrow and I have a meeting at 4.30pm so think it's going to be a late finish. Might try and get to pilates.

    Morning!

    Don't think I posted yesterday - busy bee that I am :D

Dining room looks lovely - just need to hoover the big metal shades over the table and it's done. I set up my little office area in there too and connected everything up wirelessly, so I can ask my tablet or phone to get the printer to work! I know, little things...

Also managed to clear a huge pile of rubbish in the garden, ahead of my inspection on Tuesday and DH had the bonfire to land all Armadas in the paddock, which pleased him greatly. Men and fire, eh?

Today is the Middle room, which remarkably, isn't too bad since the blitz of last Thursday. Hoping it won't take long in there.

Two little shitzu dogs coming to stay today - gorgeous little softies, so I shall enjoy cuddles with them :heartpuls
  • Thursday already, how did that happen.

No flying has been done this week, but then again not really been home enough for the house to get into a mess so not as bad as it could have been.

Winter has definitely arrived here, we had sleet on the drive home on Monday! So looking forward to the second pellet stove at the end of the month.

At home until midday today so want to get on with admin and generally catching up

So far, pellet stove cleaned, reloaded and back on, WM on, bed made and clothes picked up.

    See you later
  • Morning all,

Didn't get chance to get back on here yesterday, Wednesday is always a late finish for me with kids activities after school. The DW is on, and the house is presentable. I hit the co op at just the right time last night and got some brilliant yellow sticker bargains. Bidding on some winter boots for DD on eBay, she really needs some but £45 Clark's ?? I think not! So eBay it is.

YL so please he seems to be on the mend :Txx

Payday tomorrow hurrah. Have fab days all, and remember don't sweat the small stuff xx
  • Good morning :D

Just waiting for bubba to arrive, so a quick post to check in. I didn't get much done yesterday. The baby cries as soon as I get up, so it is quite hard work. I didn't even have lunch until after he left, so nearly 2pm. Today will be much the same, but I finish for the day at 1:30, so we shall see.

I need to concentrate on some admin & frogs, and S&S the kitchen, put on DW, etc. I need to do my accounts, as time is marching on! It will be 31st Jan before I know it!!

Dog has been walked, breakfast eaten and bank accounts checked. Toddler group this morning, I think. And then another one after lunch maybe! WI night tonight as well (I almost forgot!!)

Have a good day everyone :)

    Morning all

I didn’t do what I intended to yesterday... oh well, today is another day. I’m just having a cuppa, have been to collect my car from the garage and WM is swishing, I need to get on with paid stuff now so flying will have to be done later. It’s chucking it down here so I won’t be going out anywhere unless it clears up!

Have a good day all x

It is lashing it down here, the river did flood over the plain yesterday, and I guess more flooding will happen later on today or tomorrow once the water has moved down river, I am so glad the houses they planned for that area got turned down.

I'm going to clean out my cookery book cupboard, then the herb cupboard, then the rice cupboard today, I will be gone a long time................ :)

Morning all, and welcome back MMM

Glad to hear that your DS is on the mend, YL.

Cold, wet and grey here today, with heavy rain forecast just around the time Toddler group starts - which means that the parents who don't have cars are unlikely to come :( (whatever happened to waterproof clothing and pram covers?)

My list for today (looks familiar, at least in parts?)
    - [STRIKE]breakfast [/STRIKE], shower and dress
    [STRIKE]- make soup for lunch
    - S&S kitchen[/STRIKE]
    - S&S bathroom and ensuite
    - sweep up leaves in hall and utility, brought in by DGD1+2 yesterday
    - check finances
    - add three more events to FB page
    - make a paper version of the dates list
    - prepare craft activity for TG
    - finish sorting and filing papers and books in the study - the spare bed is almost clear
    - make phonecalls that I should have made last week
    - early lunch
    - run TG
    - Rosie's walk
    - chicken risotto for tea [nom-nom]
    - do nothing all evening - probably not even camels

Keep warm and as dry as possible, Flyfriends xx
